Atlas, Atlanta’s Michelin-starred fine dining destination, is seeking a Restaurant Manager with expertise in beverage management. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to one of the city’s premier culinary experiences by enhancing its celebrated wine and cocktail program.

Role Overview:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee front-of-house operations while focusing on curating and managing our beverage program. This leadership role is ideal for a passionate professional who values excellence in both service and beverage innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Management:
    • Oversee the wine and beverage program, including inventory, procurement, and cost control.
    • Collaborate with the sommelier and bar team to design wine pairings and signature cocktails.
    • Ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations.
  • Leadership & Operations:
    • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
    • Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction, ensuring service aligns with Atlas’ standards.
    • Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for staff.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Engage with guests to provide personalized service and expert beverage recommendations.
    • Uphold Atlas’ reputation as a fine dining leader by delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Financial & Administrative:
    • Monitor budgets, beverage costs, and revenue goals.
    • Analyze trends to optimize the beverage program for profitability and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in restaurant and beverage management, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting (Michelin or Forbes rated preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology, with a passion for innovation.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
