Call Center Representative
Description

Call Center Rep  - AA/BS degree a plus  Knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

Good Customer Service Skills. Enjoy talking to patients and extending assistance with patience. Possess positive attitude and demeanor.

Observe HIPAA Guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for answering patients calls

· De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, offering assistance and support

· Distribute calls to proper teams.

· Emails the Team Specialty Supervisor or assigned Biller following the workflow of Call/email delegation

· Good comprehension of Epic to assist simple billing questions

· Call patients to collect past due balances

· Understands payment plan guidelines 

· Observe HIPAA policies and regulations

· Maintains the company’s positive reputation

· Other responsibilities and projects that can be assigned from time to time 


Qualifications:

· High School graduate

· Knowledge of Epic is a plus

· Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

· Good Customer Service Skills

Compensation will be based on experience 


Pay Scale/Ranges:

$21.00-$28.50/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
