RafterOne is searching for a sharp, motivated Salesforce expert to join our team as a Lead Consultant to primarily lead and support our Service Cloud implementation projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements, design Salesforce solutions, and manage implementation for a declarative development standpoint. You’ll partner with our industry-leading team of Solutions Architects, Developers, and Technical Architects to solve complex problems and deliver best practice Salesforce implementations and enhancements to your clients.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a SME by providing technical and industry expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Configure and support the implementation of other core Salesforce Cloud solutions, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Provide consultative business and technical support to clients
  • Facilitate business process reviews to identify client business needs and document functional requirements.
  • Actively participate in requirement grooming and refinement discussions to document user stories and then translate into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices.
  • Service as a stream lead in project implementations creating technical specifications and delegating build tasks as appropriate, with ultimate responsibility for project deliverables and quality of build.
  • Effectively manage all aspects of project and client communications, including relationship management with various client stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver end user training and project documentation.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce administration required with a strong focus on Salesforce Field Service.
  • Refined ability to understand and assess how business processes can be improved using Salesforce.
  • 4+ years of experience managing an advanced Salesforce instance required.
  • Exposure to multiple Salesforce instances.
  • Service and/or Sales Consultant certification. Fields Service and Experience Cloud certification a plus.
  • Operational or analysis expertise in sales, service, and field service.
  • Excellent problem solving, client-facing and project leadership skills.
  • Must have strong documentation and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to operate as part of a project team in fast paced, deadline driven engagements.
  • Travel to client sites or other relevant events as needed (up to 25% travel).
