Hourly PLUS Bonus. Our company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Marketing team as an Event Marketing Representative. In this role, you will be setting appointments with homeowners who have a WANT or a NEED to get a price quote for remodeling their bathroom or kitchen. This person would need to be a self starter, feel comfortable approaching homeowners, having 1 on 1 conversations, and overcoming objections. You will also be responsible for setting up and breaking your own booth that you will be participating in events like: Home Shows, Street Fairs, and County Fairs. This position requires traveling around the City of Phoenix. 

Responsibilities:

- Represent our company at various events such as Home Shows, Street Fairs and County Fairs.

- Engage with potential customers and generate leads (set appointments) for our sales team.

- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions customers may have.

- Overcome objections and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.

- Work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Maintain a positive and professional image of our company at all times.

- Setting up and breaking down event booths.

- Have biweekly 1 on 1s with supervisor to review performance.

- Attend necessary meetings and trainings.
