The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, overseeing and optimizing online traffic to maximize sales and increase brand awareness across multiple channels.
Essential Duties of position include:
- Perform and execute all keyword research and create an SEO content plan to increase rankings of brand websites and video channels.
- Perform analysis and create a plan to optimize product categories, product pages, videos and high value content across all website properties to improve product conversions.
- Create, lead and execute a strategic plan to grow Balanced Body’s YouTube channel and improve all video KPIs.
- Responsible for all On-page & Off-page SEO strategy and execution for all brand web properties.
- Do SEO competitor analysis and use crawling tools to assist in ongoing technical analysis of websites and look for opportunities to improve SEO rankings.
- Measure, report and analyze KPI performance across all digital channels and create & maintain digital marketing dashboards using GA4, Data Studio, Databox and other analytics tools.
- Review and manage Google Search Console & Tag Manager and look for opportunities to optimize performance.
- Partner with the Web Development team to create a split testing program to improve ecommerce conversions and the user experience.
- Develop, execute and optimize social campaigns across multiple platforms to create engagement, increase brand awareness, loyalty and product sales.
- Do keyword research, ad campaign creation and optimization of all paid search, social, display, retargeting and video campaigns across all ad platforms.
- Work to improve key performance indicators of all ad campaigns (CPC, CTR, ROAS, View Rates, etc) through continuous campaign optimization and structured split testing.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience in SEO, PPC and Social (across multiple platforms).
- Strong track record in driving organic traffic growth using SEO best practices like keyword research, on- and off-page SEO tactics, and building backlinks.
- Proven experience optimizing and growing YouTube Channels
- Strategic and tactical experience growing social media accounts
- Strong knowledge & experience in managing high performing ad campaigns for paid search, paid social, display, video and retargeting.
- Google Ads Certification and Google Analytics Certification highly preferred.
- Solid experience with Google Tools (GA4, GSC, GTM, GMC), Shopify Plus, WordPress and SEO tools like SEMRush and AHrefs
- An analytical mindset and a very good understanding of business-savvy SEO and digital marketing KPIs.
- Basic HTML experience required.
Work Schedule:
This is a Monday to Friday position. The position is a hybrid position with onsite in Sacramento, CA 1-2 days per week.
