Description

Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and result driven Vice President of Business Development to lead and execute strategies to drive patient growth across the ARC Health platform. This position will be responsible in creating and managing strategic, enterprise level referral partnerships as well as lead a team of outreach managers to enhance the organization’s presence in the community, foster referral relationships, and drive patient access to services. This role combines leadership with hands on community engagement. Our ideal candidate will play an instrumental role in driving patient growth and retention across ARC Health.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive patient acquisition strategy to drive growth, improve patient engagement, and support the organization's overall objectives.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations to drive patient acquisition and improve brand presence.
  • Utilize data analytics to track the effectiveness of patient acquisition efforts, including ROI analysis, lead generation metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Develop funnel activities and metrics that need to be tracked towards the success of the outreach manager team.
  • Build and manage a high-performing patient acquisition team, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship. Establish clear performance metrics and hold the team accountable for meeting targets.
  • Work closely with clinical and operational leadership to prioritize acquisition efforts ensure seamless patient experience from acquisition to retention. Align marketing and acquisition strategies with the organization's service offerings.
  • Oversee the development of branding, messaging, and communication strategies to establish a clear and consistent brand identity.
  • Collaborate with intake teams to better understand patient pain points, identify priority target audiences, and streamline messaging to increase lead generation and patient conversions.
  • Partner with the marketing team to differentiate as well as streamline strategies to drive patient acquisition across multiple markets.
  • Stay up to date with advancements, trends, and best practices in the mental health patient acquisition space.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify areas of opportunity and improvement for increased referrals.
Requirements

Experience/Education

  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare, including growth, referral and strategic partnership development, as well as leading strategy and execution towards increased patient census.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience developing and mentoring teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; preference given to Marketing and Business. Master's degree preferred.*
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast paced, high growth environment.
  • Experience utilizing CRMs (Salesforce preferred).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, business development, and data-driven decision-making. *Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.
