POSITION SUMMARY
We’re hiring multiple Regional Associate Sales Directors with expertise in health insurance plans, MEC plans, brokers, and TPAs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a proven sales track record who is eager to transition from commission-based work to a stable base-plus-bonus structure.
The position is remote in Texas, California, Ohio, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kansas, and surrounding areas.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present and sell Recuro Health's innovative solutions to brokers and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging existing connections when possible.
- Travel locally (25%-35%) for client visits, benefit conferences, and team meetings.
- Develop proposals, create compelling PowerPoint presentations, and manage reports using Excel and PDFs.
- Adapt quickly to evolving environments and priorities.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through a structured, process-oriented approach.

Qualifications
- Required:
- Active health license.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in health insurance or related fields.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs, and generating detailed reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; outgoing and adaptable personality.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation to achieve results.
- Preferred:
- Relevant educational background in business, healthcare, or a related field (degree or certification).
- Experience working with MEC plans, brokers, and TPAs.
- Established relationships within the health insurance sector.
