Description

Renewal by Andersen is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager. This role is an innovative and results-driven professional responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and leveraging data to inform decisions.


Schedule: Hybrid schedule - Mon-Thurs In office from 8:00am-12:30pm with work from home available for the remainder of the day and work from home on Fridays

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Digital Strategy and Execution

  • Own and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across digital channels

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI across all campaigns
  • Achieve a monthly lead and CPLI goals
  • Continually assess the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing investments
  • Collaborate on strategies to drive demo and set rates

Vendor and Budget Management

  • Identify, onboard and manage digital marketing vendors
  • Effectively manage the digital marketing budget

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align digital campaigns with broader company initiatives
  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling content for various platforms

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years in digital marketing, with proven success in managing paid media budgets and executing campaigns across SEM, PPC, display, remarketing, and paid social platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting data and optimizing campaign performance
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, content optimization, and performance tracking
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data visualization
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with external vendors
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal direction

Salary Description
$105,000 annually
