Description

 

Colorado Endodontic Group, located in Denver, Colorado, is looking for a full-time Dental Office Manager to oversee the operations of its Endodontic Specialty Group. This Office Manager position requires a minimum of one year in the Dental industry, and ideal candidates will be familiar with the Endodontic Specialty. This traveling position works 4-5 days per week at multiple locations in the Denver metro area. We are looking for a results-driven dental office manager passionate about leading a dental team through training, support, and education, along with the drive to build relationships with referring dentists and patients through scheduling, strong communication, and follow-up. 


 

Duties include all front office aspects and managerial aspects, including but not limited to the following:

  • Answering phones and welcoming patients to the practice
  • Scheduling patients, receiving referral information from a general dentist
  • Treatment planning and patient care coordination
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Confirming appointments daily
  • Verifying insurance benefits for a root canal treatment
  • Submitting claims daily
  • Day sheet posting and end of month
  • Manage team and doctor
  • Drive relationships through consistent and constant communication with referring general dentists
  • Sending follow-up referral letters promptly
  • Hiring, coaching, and training front office and dental assistants
  • Scheduling Endodontists across multiple locations quarterly

Qualifications:

  • Ability and willingness to travel to various locations in the Denver and Northern Colorado area
  • Dentrix experience
  • Dental Management 1 or more years
  • A confident and positive individual who can drive cohesiveness in multiple offices with many team members
  • Understanding and compassionate patient-focused demeanor
  • Sense of urgency to schedule and follow up with referrals promptly
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently in a fast-paced office environment
  • This is an excellent position for a Dental Office Manager looking to grow their knowledge in the Endodontic specialty and can grow in a position that offers both personal and professional growth.

We are an Endodontic Specialty practice and offer a predictable schedule, Monday-Friday 8-5 pm. Requirements


  • TWO or more years in a Dental Office Manager position
  • Two or more years of General Dentistry/Endodontic/front office
  • Denticon experience is a plus
  • Ability to commute through the Denver metro area
  • Endodontic familiarity
  • Dental Insurance knowledge
  • Leadership capability with driving production, collections, patient experience, and staff performance
