We are seeking an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to strategically lead the market expansion of our Care Solution and commercialize our Pathways product into our self-service business, including physical therapy, primary care, physician groups, and more.

As a senior individual contributor, this role requires exceptional general management, project management skills and strategic thinking to define and execute on growth initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally to oversee commercialization, product-led growth, and upsell strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and growth goals for our Care Solution within the SMB and Individual buyer segments. This is a pivotal opportunity to drive growth and shape the success of Pathways in expanding markets.
In this role you will:
General Management
- Revenue & Profitability:
- Own the Care revenue target for 2025, leading both direct and product-led growth efforts to achieve financial goals for the SMB and Individual markets.
- Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives within the Care product line, ensuring alignment with market demand and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Operational Oversight:
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Partnerships teams to execute commercialization strategies.
- Act as the voice of the buyer to inform product functionality, pricing, and messaging, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer pain points.
- Drive the execution of commercialization plans, ensuring operational systems and processes are optimized to meet business objectives.
Project Management
- End-to-End Project Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of GTM plans, ensuring alignment between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of educational materials (e.g., playbooks, webinars, and guides) in collaboration with the Customer Enablement, Digital Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather insights from early customer interactions, using this feedback to refine marketing approaches and educational materials.
- Market Expansion:
- Manage initiatives to expand Pathways into high-growth sectors like physician groups and primary care, tailoring strategies for each segment.
- Create GTM playbooks and materials tailored to new markets, ensuring effective engagement and adoption.
- Partnership Development:
- Drive partnerships with industry stakeholders to expand Care adoption and market reach.
- Lead partnership conversations with associations and key stakeholders, ensuring Pathways is effectively integrated and supported with tailored product and marketing resources.
Strategy
- Market Strategy & Commercialization:
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for SMB and Individual markets, focusing on pricing, positioning, and segmentation.
- Evaluate and refine pricing structures, ensuring alignment with the needs of self-service SMB and individual buyers, including utilization-based pricing models.
- Strategic Market Insights:
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Monitor industry trends to refine Pathways’ market strategy and seize new opportunities.
- Revenue Growth Strategy:
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop innovative campaigns that drive product adoption and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Design and implement in-app experiences and targeted marketing campaigns to drive upselling opportunities and product-led growth within the Care ecosystem.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in marketing, commercialization, or general management within the healthcare sector, with preferred experience in health tech, primary care, or risk-bearing entities.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact projects from concept to execution.
- Expertise in developing and executing innovative go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated success in driving product adoption through educational initiatives such as webinars, playbooks, guides, and strategic partnerships.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans, driving growth across both individual and SMB markets.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Stripe (or similar platforms), with an understanding of utilization-based pricing models.

Salary Range: $155,000 - $175,000 + 10% Bonus
