Description

Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, build brand 

image and awareness, and enhance customer engagement. You will lead the M+S marketing team, collaborate with 

cross-functional departments, and ensure alignment with the company's overall strategic goals. Visionary leader with a 

deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

Strategic Brand Management and Planning:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain long-term brand marketing strategies aligned with the Marshall+Sterling’s strategic objectives across digital, social, print and web media. 
  • Leverage a deep understanding of marketing and consumer behavior insights to create compelling brand activities that resonate and connect M+S’s target audiences.
  • Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging; ensure consistent brand communication across all channels and marketing efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set annual and quarterly goals for the brand team and continually track progress. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using metrics and data.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team as necessary.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy including social media and email campaigns that support                                  company objectives and revenue generation opportunities.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Customer Engagement:

  • Develop customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts.
  • Enhance customer experience through targeted marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to structure marketing strategies.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing brand marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the brand marketing department while setting clear performance expectations and continually engaging the team.
  • Represent the brand marketing department in executive meetings and provide insights to drive business decisions and identify gaps in overall brand marketing initiatives.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a favorable and professional work relationship with other staff members.
  • Adhere to established employee manual policies and guidelines.
  • Adhere to workflow procedures and follow guidelines to reduce the risk of E&O claims.
  • Promptly report all possible errors and omissions.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Eight plus years of leadership in a corporate marketing position and environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of software specific to media production and communications, including Adobe Creative Suite and similar design tools, and web-based development programs (wordpress.) 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Constant Contact, Sprout Social and other similar programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with, and knowledge of, Microsoft Office 365 programs.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communications skills.
  • Able to work effectively and relate well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
  • High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.

Annual salary range $150,000-$200,000 with additional bonus potential based on performance.


The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
