Job Duties:
- Gather and analyze software and system requirements for SAE level 2-3 active safety features, and verify the integration of the software systems to meet the Autonomous Vehicle (AV) and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) R&D project requirements.
- Integrate software in systems into the autonomous vehicles.
- Perform diagnostics to ensure reliable operation of ECU’s and sensors.
- Design and implement applications to enhance AD decision making, including action and motion/route planning>
- Participate in the development of MATLAB/Simulink models based on the software unit design specification and project ideas to advance AV capabilities.
- Work on the integration of autonomous capability into motor vehicles by maintaining electronics system requirements for the Driver Distraction Systems and Assertive Highway Pilot.
- Plan research projects on autonomous driving perception by implementing algorithms and maintaining software version control.
- Develop test tools to test and validate the functionality of the SW components on virtual and real hardware targets.
- Perform root cause analysis for system and ADAS feature level failures, and log sensor and algorithmic data to help recreate the issue and prototype hardware and software solutions for real-time AD applications.
- Coordinate with MOBIS global teams in the development of Autonomous Vehicle (AV) and ADAS.

Requirements: Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience.
