We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Operations Analyst to join our growing Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations to ensure data cleanliness, system integrity, and operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be on System Operations and data hygiene, supporting broader Marketing Operations and GTM (Go-To-Market) initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about data quality and marketing technology to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. It is 6 - months contract with 15 hours/week role with an opportunity to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Operations & Troubleshooting:
- Perform day-to-day error resolution and troubleshooting tasks related to HubSpot integrations with key platforms, including:
- Salesforce
- Walnut
- Admin Panel
- ON24
- Typeform
- Monitor and maintain system integrations to ensure seamless operations across marketing tools.
2. Data Hygiene & Quality:
- Complete various data quality tasks to support GTM initiatives, including:
- Field creation and management
- Deduplication efforts
- Resolving formatting issues in data sets
- Maintain clean and accurate datasets to enhance marketing campaigns and decision-making processes.
3. HubSpot Implementation & MAP Consolidation Support:
- Assist with large-scale projects, including:
- Field clean-up and optimization
- User account clean-up
- List and workflow organization
- Contribute to the consolidation and streamlining of Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP).
4. Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Execute HubSpot Contact management tasks as needed to support larger-scale Marketing Operations projects.
- Provide general maintenance and support for ongoing Marketing Operations initiatives.
Who are we looking for:
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce; experience with Walnut, ON24, and Typeform is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting system integrations and maintaining data quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Attributes:
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Effective communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: $45-$50/ Hour
