Description

ZT Automotive is currently seeking an Warranty Cancellation Clerk to join our Corporate Office Team. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with administrative duties.


Responsibilities: 

  • Process and post cancellations based on requests from lienholders, customers, and identified discrepancies in statements.
  • Ensure that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process.
  • Issue refund checks for cancellations to either customers or lienholders.
  • Maintain schedules and address reconciling items related to extended warranty and insurance reconciliations.
  • Calculate and post finance chargebacks.
  • Post monthly and weekly finance and insurance product statements and invoices.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience using CDK is required.
  • 3+ Years of dealership accounting experience is required.
  • Schedule cleaning experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel preferred.
  • Must be able to work extended hours at month-end.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred.
