Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, with a proven track record of success. As a Recruiter Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to assisting in the onboarding process. You will also be responsible for assisting with various HR related activities to support the organization.
Major Responsibilities:
· Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations
· Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, offer letters and all pre-employment activities
· Assist with facilitating onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the organization
· Collaborate, help develop, documents and implements various HR procedures and processes
· Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
· Stays up to date on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruiting
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
· 5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in government and healthcare
· Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
· Must be a self-starter, demonstrate a high degree of initiative and exercise sound judgement
· Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously while working under pressure to meet hiring needs and deadlines
· Must have a continuous improvement mindset
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems; any prior experience working with Paylocity is a plus
