Our Product team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Senior Product Operations Analyst to join us!

As a Senior Product Operations Analyst, you will provide data-driven insights to inform and guide the product team. You will take ownership of the collection and analysis of product data inputs from our analytics ecosystem, helping to communicate customer insights and opportunities that drive product strategy and customer impact. Additionally, you will be the champion in leading our beta program, working closely with our most valued customers to achieve success in new feature roll outs.

Qualifications
- You approach challenges with a data first mindset, leveraging insights to answer questions, assess progress, and measure results.
- You are detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- You have 3–5 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, ideally working with product utilization data or similar datasets, including tasks like query creation and data collection, analysis, and monitoring.
- You are proficient in analytic tools and platforms, such as Tableau, Snowflake, and Power BI, and can create meaningful analyses and visualizations for stakeholders.
- You have experience with user behavior or product experience tools such as Pendo, Statsig.
- You have experience conducting root cause analysis, researching, documenting, and independently reporting findings to resolve issues, propose solutions, and deliver measurable results.
- You excel at managing your time, prioritizing assignments, and recognizing when to seek guidance for optimal outcomes.
- You have experience collaborating directly with customer decision makers and their teams.
- You are a team player who thrives in dynamic, outcomes-driven environments.
- You have demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Analyze cross functional data to identify trends, correlations, and strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization (e.g., Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure access to cross functional data and insights.
- Advocate for best practices in tools and data instrumentation, addressing issues of data integrity and reliability.
- Prepare regular analyses and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to inform strategy and evaluate tactics.
- Automate processes for data correlation, analysis, and reporting whenever possible.
- Lead beta programs, supporting customer onboarding, monitoring performance, and providing data informed beta summaries to both customers and the product team.

Salary Range: $130,000- $140,000
At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
