Program Supervisor


People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Program Supervisor who will oversee a Scott County Waiver Case Management team in the Metro area. The Program Supervisor will be supervising CADI Case Managers and work to ensure our clients receive excellent care that meets state, county, and company standards. Our Scott County Waiver Case Management team provides person centered care to clients in the community by coordinating and facilitating services that support and maintain health and independence.


Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm


Location: Scott County, Minnesota | Hybrid


Hiring Range: $54,000 - $58,000 Yearly, based on qualifications


Hiring bonus: $1,000 to external candidates

Main Job Duties:

  • Supervises and coaches the work of assigned program staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, proper procedures and excellent quality of services
  • Provides training, assess strengths and development needs, and provide timely and specific feedback on job duties, company policies and best practices
  • Provides direct client services in an integrative and collaborative manner
  • Facilitates partnerships and nurtures relationships with stakeholders in order to meet the overall health needs of clients
  • Creates a sense of community and team among staff and clients
  • Hires and orienting program staff
  • Helps staff in development of skills
  • Coordinates program schedules and meetings
  • Models person-centered care
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with program staff an other program managers
  • Must be able to have onsite in-person presence for this full-time hybrid position
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Passing all background and requirements for facility and position; and
  • The ability to pass the screening required by Federal Human Services Office of Inspector General to assure that person has not been excluded from working in the Health Care Programs which receive federal funding.
  • Must have a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance.


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or a closely related field;

OR

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college with a major in any field, AND
  • One year of full-time (2,000 hours) experience as a social worker/case manager/care coordinator in a public or private social service agency


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years experience as a Waiver Case Manager
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Completion of the People Incorporated's Link to Leadership Program
  • Two years prior supervisory experience in the delivery of behavioral health services
  • Candidates who hold an active and unrestricted license in the State of Minnesota (LAMFT, LGSW, LADC, LSW or LPC)
