The Preventive Services Primary FTC Facilitator is responsible for scheduling and facilitating conferences for families participating in the Prevention Program at Astor within the Family Connections Program. All conferences will be conducted using a strength based perspective with a lens of safety and well-being for the children and family members. The FTC Facilitator must be able to distinguish safety from risk, and support the conference participants in reaching a consensus that meets the presenting needs/concerns and programmatic goals of the family.

- Minimum of a Master’s degree in the field of Human Services (e.g.: Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, etc.)
- Minimum of two years in a Child Welfare setting (Prevention Preferred)
