About the Role:

Our Bible study apps are utilized by millions of people around the world. Our greatest asset is our exceptional team that helps us fulfill our company mission. We are looking for an Ecommerce Strategy Manager to join our marketing ecommerce team. This role will define and drive the ecommerce strategy for all of our web properties, with an emphasis on www.logos.com.This is an exciting time to join the marketing department, as we evolve our business model to subscription, undergo a replatform to BigCommerce, and begin investment in B2B opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRO, user experience, and web analytics. 

You will be someone who can think strategically to plan our 3-5 year roadmap as well as participate in the execution. You have experience working cross-functionally to drive results.


Responsibilities: 

  • Define our roadmap for addressing key challenges and opportunities across the ecommerce platform
  • Own our data to define and monitor key performance metrics. Utilize those insights to prioritize key focus areas.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, design, and data teams to ensure ecommerce strategy supports overall business objectives.
  • Partner with other marketing managers to optimize conversion via CRO and funnel optimization. 
  • Analyze and refine the end-to-end online shopping journey to enhance user experience, increase conversion and drive customer retention
  • Work with design and development teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly website experience
  • Develop and execute a merchandising strategy to optimize product presentation, categorization, and personalized recommendations.
  • Use data and analytics to inform product placement and promotions to maximize sales
  • Oversee the execution of transformative projects, from concept through to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and customer experience enhancement through digital tools and technologies
  • Use data-driven insights to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as revenue, traffic, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2C direct consumer marketing or customer experience organization.
  • Proven ability to influence teams and drive results within a matrix-managed organization.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the A/B testing space, including a strong understanding of testing practices and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and insights.
  • Highly organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to communicate test results, including supporting statistical benchmarks, and articulate their relevance to the overall direction of the business.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics configuration and reporting, as well as expertise in utilizing data visualization tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing ecommerce transformation initiatives and driving incremental revenue through customer experience improvements

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, Algolia, BigCommerce, Builder.io, and ecommerce analytics tools
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RegEx, with the ability to effectively utilize these technologies to enable tests.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and web development processes
  • Expertise in online merchandising and data-driven decision-making

The U.S. base salary for this full-time position ranges from $k per year. Logos salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on each remote job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Note: Currently, we are able to hire in every state in the United States except for the District Of Columbia.
