New community program is seeking a highly organized applicant to join the team. The Youth ACT team is part of the well established Astor Crisis Services Team. Youth ACT provides in home and community mental health services to children, adolescents and their families. The Program Assistant is a valued member of the core team needed to make this program successful. The Program Assistant supports program leadership and staff with administrative tasks including managing referrals, triaging call, scheduling appointments, maintaining accounting records for client and program expenditures, coordinating communication between the program and clients, tracking schedules and required program data and managing the environment of care.
