VP of Client Leadership

Description

The VP, Client Leadership will have ownership of the senior-level client and vendor partner relationships beyond the day-to-day operations. This person will be responsible for client retention by maintaining senior-level relationships and identifying additional opportunities with existing clients. They are responsible for assessing and managing the risk associated with clients and vendor partners, as well as meeting client and company goals for each account’s financial health, targets and objectives. The VP will lead the coordination and development of the integrated marketing plans, with an emphasis on digital and tech, internally and with external vendor partners. Strong thought leadership with content development within the retail industry is required, along with the ability to generate revenue within existing client(s). 


What you’ll do:

  • Represent PureRed as a trusted and strategic advisor, owning relationships with key decision makers for our most strategic retail accounts 
  • Guide our client’s go to market approach, strategy, and objectives; solve business challenges and bring valuable solutions to the table
  • Build a strategic overarching marketing plan that outlines company marketing priorities, defines consumer segments, and identifies defensible position against competitors; setting our clients up for growth
  • Act as a leader across all other internal PureRed groups to ensure alignment and drive satisfaction, adoption, renewal and financial growth 




Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • 15+ years of marketing agency experience, preferably in the retail marketing category
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similarly related program preferred; HS Diploma required
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue within your assigned accounts
  • Hands on experience implementing broad-based marketing and technology solutions for retail landscape
  • Experienced with forecasting and account planning that will drive account growth to hit revenue targets 
  • Previous experience leading teams, with exceptional consultative communication, and presentation skills
