Director of Cultural Faith-Based Empowerment Program
Illinois – South Suburbs | Full-Time Flexible schedule required, including occasional evenings/weekends | 85,000/year

Role Overview
Lead a community-centered mental health program partnering with faith-based organizations and underserved communities. Supervise outreach staff, strengthen access to care, reduce stigma, and build strong provider and community relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program operations, compliance, and reporting
- Supervise staff, interns, and contractors
- Build partnerships with faith leaders and mental health providers
- Oversee referrals and coordinated access to services
- Deliver training and community presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Social Work, or related field)
- 5+ years mental health experience
- 1+ year supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- Community outreach or faith-based experience a plus
