Summary: The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure of Demesmin and Dover, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of IT solutions for future external clients. This role involves managing and resolving technical issues, developing and improving processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 


Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Office 365 Admin, Microsoft InTune, and Windows Server 2016 environments. 
  • Handle IT support tickets, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues. 
  • Develop and implement processes to improve IT operations and efficiency. 
  • Assist in planning and executing the expansion of IT services to external clients. 
  • Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to ensure optimal system performance and security. 
  • Provide technical guidance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. 
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. 
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. 
Requirements

 

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or a similar role. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Admin, Microsoft InTune, and Windows Server 2016. 
  • Development experience, including scripting and automation. 
  • Knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments and practices. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment. 
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).

Salary: $68,000-$75,000 per year 


Schedule: This position is ON-SITE in our Fort. Lauderdale office, with no remote/ hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary Description
