Job Summary
The Account Manager will assist the Account Executives by gathering data, performing analysis on fleet spend, and providing proactive support for day-to-day account needs. This role involves managing customer requests and assisting with on-site surveys to help design customer proposals. Additionally, the position includes organizing data, preparing presentations, and assisting in the implementation of fleet plans, with opportunities to contribute to the overall success of customer accounts and Company growth. This is an exempt position and is commission eligible.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales team with various tasks to close sales and manage customer accounts.
- Gather and consolidate supplier quotes as directed by Account Executives.
- Collect and consolidate lease quotes from lessors as directed by Account Executives.
- Analyze customer’s business trends and provide data-driven insights.
- Perform data analysis on fleet spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide proactive support for day-to-day needs of assigned accounts
- Manage customer requests and assist with customer training on internal systems and features.
- Create specification forms as directed by Account Executives.
- Assist with on-site surveys for current and potential customers.
- Help gather information needed to design customer proposals.
- Organize and manage large sets of data, ensuring it’s accurately entered in TFS internal systems.
- Prepare presentations for Account Executives to deliver customer solutions.
- Communicate data findings clearly to relevant teams.
- Assist in implementing fleet plans for customers.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, are required.
- Experience in presentation creation and delivery.
- Background in finance, leasing, material handling, or logistics/supply chain industries is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20-40% of the time.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record (Department of Motor Vehicles).
