Job Summary

The role involves working closely with existing clients to provide tailored Material Handling Equipment (MHE) fleet solutions based on site audits and needs analyses. Responsibilities include optimizing equipment fleets, developing financial savings plans, and creating client-specific value propositions for TFS products. The candidate will lead commercialization efforts, monitor market trends, and evaluate client procurement and financing options (leasing, purchasing, renting). Additionally, the role requires collaborating with various client stakeholders to drive business growth, onboard new clients, and ensure long-term success for both TFS and the customer. This role reports to a Regional Vice President and is eligible for base salary and commissions. 


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing clients to achieve maximum value by providing an MHE fleet solution based on the specific needs analysis/audit of a customer location.
  • Performs audits of material handling equipment fleets at client locations such as factories, distribution centers and retail centers.
  • Work to establish deep knowledge of customer systems and product life cycle to drive business growth.
  • Develops a financial saving plan based on site audits of equipment and financial records.
  • Develop customer-specific positioning and value propositions for TFS products and solutions
  • Lead commercialization activities for key products and markets to achieve established growth goals
  • Monitor and evaluate market for customer purchasing trends, modifying strategies and products to meet changing market trends and customer demands
  • Evaluates the procurement and financing needs of clients regarding leasing, purchasing or renting
  • Works with all levels of the client organization from corporate personnel to plant staff to proliferate and onboard new clients at the greatest benefit to both TFS and the client

Requirements

  

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s preferred
  • Experience in banking, leasing, finance, national sales, project management
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word expected
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Strong math skills and finance skills preferred
  • 3+ years of experience preferred
  • Travel required up to 70%
