The U.S. Healthcare industry is going through a transformation. Role Overview
We are seeking a curious and results-driven Demand Generation Lead to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives focused on driving lead generation for new enterprise and mid-market digital care segments. This role is pivotal to growing our digital care customer base in new markets while maintaining brand and product cohesion across campaigns. The ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketer with a healthcare background who possesses a passion for storytelling and a data-informed approach to demand generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation - New Markets
- Develop and implement targeted demand generation strategies to drive leads for enterprise and mid-market accounts in new and emerging markets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on positioning, lead qualification and pipeline-building initiatives.
- Align with the digital team to optimize inbound channels to drive top-of-funnel opportunities.
Lead Nurture - New Markets
- Develop and maintain ongoing campaigns for enterprise and mid-market segments, ensuring consistency and quality lead generation.
- Work with the email team to manage the development of new automated workflows and personalized content to nurture leads based on their position in the buyer's journey.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve results over time.
Product and Content Launches:
- Assist in planning and execution of product and content launch campaigns, ensuring integration with lead generation and nurture efforts.
- Work cross-functionally with product, content, and sales teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Campaign Management:
- Work hands-on in the management of digital and email campaigns targeting new markets
- Ensure cohesive messaging across all demand generation activities, including paid ads, email, content, webinars, and events.
- Assess campaign alignment with the company’s overall brand strategy and product positioning, while confidently testing and adjusting copy and creative as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise demand generation preferably within a high growth, SaaS-based, environment.
- Healthcare industry experience to effectively understand the nuances of the market, build strategy, and organize campaigns tailored to healthcare audiences.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation and nurture programs using content marketing, paid ads, email, SEO and ABM strategies.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to organize campaigns and drive brand consistency.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, audience building and targeting for enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics 4
- Data-driven mindset with predisposition toward simplicity in order to align the team around a key performance metric.

Salary Range: $100,000- $120,000
At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
