Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Kigo will be responsible for generating high-quality advertising leads across multiple market segments. This entry-level sales role is critical to our growth strategy, focusing on initial prospecting, qualifying potential advertising clients, and setting the stage for our senior sales team to close deals. The SDR will leverage digital tools, market research, and strategic outreach to identify and engage potential advertising partners.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential advertising clients through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and professional networks. 
  • Qualification Process: Conduct initial discovery calls to assess potential clients’ advertising needs, budget, and fit with Kigo’s advertising solutions. 
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospective leads in our CRM system, tracking interactions and potential opportunities. 
  • Market Research: Continuously research industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape to refine lead generation strategies. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide comprehensive background information to support the sales process. 

Requirements 

  • Experience: 0-2 years of sales or business development experience. Recent graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. 
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools. 
  • Personal Attributes: High energy, persistent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
