Agile Fleet, Inc. is hiring a Senior System Administrator.

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our production (customer-facing) and Corporate administrative software, hardware and networks. This person must be detail-oriented, collaborative team player and have an appetite to learn. This candidate should be able to triage, diagnose and mitigate problems quickly and have extensive knowledge of deployments, configuration controls, architecture, web application security, and SaaS hosting. Your goal will be to ensure that our SaaS and infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

On-site Requirements
- Ability to travel to Chantilly, VA 1 day a week (May work fully remote and not have to go into the office, but may be required to travel to office for incident response)
Responsibilities
- Setup/configuration, monitoring, and management of Windows and SQL Server environments
- Setup/configuration, monitoring, and management of numerous hosted sites (IIS) and SQL databases
- Regular software and database deployments to Test, QA, and production environments
- Management/coordination of customer and internal requirements with third-party hosting provider(s)
- Third-tier technical support assistance to our Support team
- Support for internal technical issues and software installations
- Administrative network configuration, firewall, and VPN management
- Manage servers, SaaS licensing, access controls, and deployments
- Respond and troubleshoot emergencies and outages
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Package Web applications for distribution and deployment
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 3 years of experience with SQL administration, networks management (LAN, WAN), Windows Server management, System Administrator, Network Administrator, Devops Engineer or similar role
- BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification
- Knowledge of cybersecurity (e.g. intrusion detection systems), Web Application Firewalls, and data backup/recovery
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Experience with Shibboleth or other SAML IDP’s
- Experience with Azure Administration
- Experience with Microsoft IIS, SQL Server, Windows Server, etc.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
- 2 years of SQL Transact scripting
- Knowledge of Openvpn, Azure Devops, .NET Core
- Compliance and Technical Writing
