Position: Project Manager

A government-stated need has been identified in connection with the solicitation and subsequent contract with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) GlobalNET Operations & Sustainment.  We are seeking a Project Manager to ensure that all work is performed within the scope of the contract and is approved by the government. Incorporating Agile methodologies and following Project Management Plans (PMPs), Schedules, and Risk Management Plans (RMPs). 


What You'll Do: 

Specific anticipated services performed under this core position shall include but is not limited to: 

Developing, updating, and maintaining schedules, contract health reports, outage notifications, scientific and technical reports, documentation, testing, configuration management, lifecycle management, risk management, continuity of operations, operations and sustainment, turnkey operations, and COTS software upgrades, etc.  


What we are looking for: 

The ideal candidate will be able to provide qualified and professional capabilities to drive the IM&T mission through operating, supporting, providing technical support, and engaging and upgrading the GlobalNET Information System (IS). 


Requirements
  •  Active DoD Secret Clearance 
  • Ten years of relevant experience in a large Enterprise IT and/or Federal Agency Environment 
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience at the project management level in the chosen management methodology 
  • Technically Competent with Microsoft Project or Jira; Project Management Professional Certified; knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 
  • A four (4) year degree in the Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Database Administration, or related field from an accredited  

Compensation: 

The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data. When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may be taken into consideration: contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The estimate displayed represents the salary range for this position and is just one component of ODRG's total compensation package for employees. It is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee. As of yet, no pay range has been established.
