Role and Responsibilities
The Care/Sales Coordinator II is a critical team member who plays a central role in guiding patients through their care options. This position requires strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills to create a welcoming environment, educate patients on their options, and help them select the care packages or memberships that best fit their needs. In addition, you'll work closely with providers to ensure that patients receive the right treatment, while helping to grow the business through upselling and cross-selling.
- Reach out to potential patients via cold calls, marketing funnel leads, and existing patents. Use a consultative, value-driven approach to identify their healthcare needs and recommend the right care packages.
- Help patients choose care packages or memberships tailored to their goals, whether managing chronic health issues or pursuing wellness objectives. Ensure they understand the full value of their options.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through inbound leads, outreach, and patient retention efforts, focusing on both new patient acquisition and long-term value from existing patients.
- Work with healthcare providers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services that align with patient needs, ensuring patients benefit from a full range of services.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide relevant guidance and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a smooth, positive experience for patients across their journey.
- Communicate the value of high-ticket programs and ensure patient satisfaction with their choices and financial commitments.
- Keep accurate records of all patient interactions and sales activities in the system for transparency and follow-up.
- Provide feedback on market trends, patient needs, and competitor activities to improve services and sales strategies.
- Be flexible and take on additional tasks as needed to support team goals.
- Travel may be required for client meetings or events to support business development.
