Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Therapist Supervisor to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. The ideal candidate will oversee and support the professional growth of clinical staff while ensuring the highest quality of care for our diverse patient population. This role combines supervisory duties with opportunities for clinical practice and program development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed therapists, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.
  • Review and approve clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Offer guidance and support in complex case consultations.
  • Facilitate regular supervision meetings and case conferences.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote integrated care and community outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain a limited caseload, as needed, providing direct therapeutic services.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Licensure: Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LAPC, LPC) in [GA and AL].

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience.

Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Familiarity with working in diverse, underserved, or community health settings is a plus.

Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, cultural competency, and integrated health models.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
