TITLE: Front Line Team Members

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Front Line Team Members will exceed Member and Guest expectations by providing quick and happy service to our customers and members. By working as a greeter, loader, or lot attendant, you will partner with Shiny Shell Carwash in providing a premium experience to every driver. 

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Retain and create new Member/Guest relations
• Maintain the vacuum lot so every driver has a premium experience in the lot
• Load cars safely and efficiently onto the tunnel belt
• Understand and sell our wash products to every customer you meet, with an emphasis on pointing out the benefits of Wash Club
• Promote and sell new memberships and special offers
• Wipe down the exterior and interior of vehicles, including door jambs
• Communicate to the Manager any situation, problem or accident
• Clean facilities, equipment and bathrooms

PREREQUISITES:

• Good customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
