Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour*
Sign On Bonus: $1,500 (Full-Time Day Shift) | $3,000 (Full-Time Night Shift)
*Pay rate will be $30.00 per hour if candidate is not available every other weekend.
Day Shift and Night Shift, Full-Time or Part-Time available immediately!
Ideal candidates:
- 2 years of in-home health care experience
- Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
- Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
- Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)

We are looking for full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses - LPN for private in-home care. Pay is $32.00 for LPN’s per hour.

Qualifications:
- Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice
- Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
- Valid Driver's License
