Description
Position Overview:
- This position is responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships while identifying new sales opportunities within assigned territories or accounts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, result-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Essential Job Functions:
- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Sales Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Generate new leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Solutions:
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using the company’s product or service offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, customer service) to deliver successful outcomes.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals that are beneficial for both the customer and the company.
- Cross Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high client satisfaction.
Qualifications:

- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in hydraulic hose or industry sales proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Completion of company indoctrination.
- Successful completion of safety training programs.
- Understanding of the company’s Quality System and processes.
