What You Will Do

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll wear many hats, but they’ll all share one thing in common: enabling our marketing team to execute effectively and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Streamlining Processes: Creating, optimizing, and maintaining workflows that scale with our marketing goals, ensuring consistency across campaigns and channels.
  • Collaborating with Sales: Being the go-to person for our field sales team, helping them navigate budgets, locations, lead systems, and campaign logistics, and keeping everything on track for smooth execution.
  • Leading Emerging Channels: Owning marketing operations in exciting new areas like third-party and in-home channels. From managing lead flow to scaling efforts, contributing to the growth of these channels with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Enhancing Venue Booking: Working alongside our venue booking team to elevate their process, maximizing performance, and driving strategic insights.
  • Executing Campaigns: Being hands-on with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Harnessing Data: Diving into analytics to measure campaign success, monitoring performance in new markets, and providing actionable insights to refine our strategies.
  • Championing Technology: Maintaining and improving marketing platforms, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integrations that support the team’s efforts.
  • Overseeing Budgets: Managing budgets for direct mail and other initiatives by state and channel, keeping spending in check while achieving impactful results.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with a mix of technical skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and bonus points for experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Data-savvy with skills in analytics and reporting tools like Tableau.
  • A knack for problem-solving and making data-driven decisions.
  • Top-notch organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to build bridges across teams and functions.
  • Knowledge of lead management and the ability to optimize lead flow for maximum impact.
