Floating Assistant Teacher – Full Time/Part Year (30 hours per week) for our three Walworth County sites. This is an hourly position at $12.74 an hour, as well as being reimbursed mileage for travel during work hours. The Floating Assistant Teacher will assist all the classrooms in the region they are assigned. They will provide support to the children as well as the Lead Teachers. This employee will be assigned to work primarily in one service area, however, the employee will be expected to travel to other regions with little notice as needed and assigned. The ability to write and speak effectively in English and Spanish is preferred.

This position requires at a minimum have a CDA credential or a state-awarded certificate that meets or exceeds the requirements for a CDA credential, are enrolled in a program that will lead to an associate or baccalaureate degree or, are enrolled in a CDA credential program to be completed within two years of the time of hire. Preferred education Associates degree in Early Childhood Education.
