Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for optimizing the constituent-relationship management (CRM) database and coordinating Former Jesuit Volunteers (FJVs) and other Community Partners to recruit volunteers in unassigned areas (states and schools). This role requires preparing national operational reports (via Hubspot) tracking conversion of prospective JVs (PJVs) to Placed Jesuit Volunteers and managing direct participation of FJVs in recruitment activities in independent region. This role is supervised by the Director of Recruitment and works collaboratively as needed with the Recruitment Team.
Area of Responsibility
- Manage a CRM database that measures all PJV activity and progress through the recruitment process
- Ensure data integrity and consistency with reference to candidate personas across systems (Hubspot and SurveyMonkeyApply)
- Direct participation of FJVs at independent campuses
- Manage PJV Recruitment Cycle generated by applicants from unassigned states and schools
Deliverables
- Implement automated email campaigns for all CRM constituents
- Regularly monitor and update the CRM, maintaining accuracy, functionality, and accessibility of data and activity for the Recruitment Team
- Regularly migrate data from relevant platforms into the CRM
- Build and review reports that support the conversion of PJVs and direct participation of FJVs
- Develop opportunities to cultivate and integrate FJVs into recruiting program
- Manage a process to track participation of FJVs in recruiting
- Provide recruitment support for regions as necessary
Key Results
- Meet and exceed the annual national goal number for Placed JVs in both JVC and JVC Northwest
- Meet and exceed the annual goal of Placed JVs from unassigned/independent states and schools
- Track and measure FJV interaction and participation with recruitment activities
Requirements
Education and Experience
The Recruiter – Independent Region & Operations must possess knowledge, skills, and ability to successfully perform the essential responsibilities, or be able to explain or demonstrate how the responsibilities will be performed using another combination of skills and abilities.
- Previous experience in campus recruiting is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a variety of environments and paces
- Ability to work proactively and independently and as an integral part of the team, and demonstrated leadership and team-building ability
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (verbal and written) in both small and large group settings
- Strong data analysis, evaluation, and visualization skills
- Experience with CRM or ATS Systems (HubSpot or SurveyMonkeyApply preferred) and marketing platforms and practices
- Experience with organizing and strategically aligning around a variety of priorities, with demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and lead others
- Experience working with diverse and multiple groups.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Sales and Cycle Management
- High energy and passion for Recruitment in a service model
- Creative, confident, yet adaptable and willing to think outside the box and find new solutions

Physical Requirements:
To perform in this position successfully, an individual must be able to:
- Exert minimal physical effort with intermittent movement going from one place to another.
- Withstand prolonged periods of sitting in meetings or at a desk working with a computer.
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- Repetitive Motions: Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Required to have close visual acuity to perform extensive work on the computer.
Working Conditions
- Comfort with Zoom environment. This is a remote position.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends when required
- Much of the work with colleagues is by phone, video conferencing or other electronic means.
- Availability for extensive national travel
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000
