Our marketing team thrives on turning insights into action and we’re seeking a Lifecycle Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Lifecycle Performance Analyst, you’ll be our data detective, diving deep into Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive growth. Your role will center on enhancing our marketing campaigns, sales processes & customer journeys by turning data into actionable strategies. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure every lead and touchpoint gets the attention it deserves.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze & Discover: Mine Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) data to uncover conversion trends and identify areas to optimize performance.
- Strategize & Recommend: Turn insights into action plans, recommending strategies to enhance lead flow, funnel efficiency, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align campaigns with data-driven goals.
- Diagnose & Solve: Pinpoint inefficiencies or gaps in the customer journey and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Track & Report: Develop clear, concise reports that outline findings, opportunities, and the impact of implemented strategies.
- Experience in a data-driven marketing or optimization role (e.g., Conversion Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar).
- Preferred knowledge of MAPs (e.g., Pardot), and CRM (Salesforce)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Position type and expected hours of work: Full time. Fully remote. Work schedule Monday - Friday, regular business hours. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in a professional, fast paced environment that may require additional hours to complete work.
