What you'll do: 

As an HVAC installer, you’re the comfort controller - making sure homes stay comfortable all year long! You’ll be installing a variety of HVAC systems and you'll work directly with homeowners by being friendly, approachable, and a good communicator.

• Install and retrofit HVAC systems, ensuring everything works perfectly.
• Swap out old equipment and ensure seamless operation with new installations.
• Work on duct work and modifications, optimizing airflow and system efficiency.
• Get hands-on with sheet metal for precise adjustments and custom solutions.

The qualities and characteristics we're looking for: 

• Strong communication skills: You're great at talking with customers and explaining concepts clearly. 
• Great time management skills: You stay on track to get things done correctly and efficiently. 
• Team player: Working with other's well to get the job done. 

Additional qualifications: 

• 2 years of HVAC installation experience is preferred, but we’re open to your expertise! 
• Having experience with brazing, Trac Pipe, with a CFC Refrigerant Card, and N.A.T.E. Certification would be a plus. 
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are a must. 
• We’ll need you to pass a drug screen and background check - it’s just part of our process.
• You should be able to lift, twist, bend, and carry up to 50lbs - physical work is part of the job!
