What you'll do:

As an HVAC Residential Maintenance Technician at Wolfer’s, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, taking the time to ask the right questions and really listen to their concerns to make sure their comfort is our top priority. You’ll put your technical skills to work, using your problem-solving abilities to offer the best solutions. You’ll be an advocate for both the customer and the business, all while looking for ways to help us grow. Your goal? To provide every customer with a Five-Star experience as you service and repair their heating and air conditioning systems with care and expertise. 

What we are looking for: 

• Ideally, you’ve got 1-3 years of HVAC experience (but if you don't, don’t worry! We’re still interested).
• EPA Universal Certification is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
• A person who is great at connecting with customers and really listens to their needs.
• A individual who’s motivated to hit and exceed weekly and monthly goals.
• An eagerness to learn. 
• You’ll need to be comfortable working independently to get the job done on your own.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a must.
