Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated A.I System Support Specialist to join our team and work closely with the Operations Department. This entry-level role includes an immersive training program to ensure a thorough understanding of logistics operations, including forklift certification training. 

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive      Training:
  • Participate       in a 3–4-week training program to gain an in-depth understanding of       logistics operations.
  • Complete       forklift certification training to better integrate with operational       processes.
• AI      Support & Implementation:
  • Utilize       AI tools and techniques to optimize workflows, analyze data, and enhance       operational efficiency.
• System      Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
  • Assist       in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems used within the       Operations Department.
  • Address       system-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• User      Support:
  • Provide       technical support and training to team members on AI and system tools.
• Operational      Collaboration:
  • Work       alternate shifts to provide continuous support to operations.
  • Collaborate       with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of technical       solutions.
• Data      Analysis:
  • Leverage       AI-based analytics to generate insights and recommend process       improvements.

 QualificationsEducation:

• Bachelor’s      degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field      (preferred).
• AI      proficiency.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency      in AI applications and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, machine learning platforms,      or similar).
• Familiarity      with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Basic      knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness      to complete forklift certification training.
• Flexibility      to work alternate shifts as required.
