Job description:

We are looking for managers that exude hospitality by anticipating the needs of our guests and move effortlessly through the rewards and challenges of supporting and developing their staff. Requirements


This position is responsible for managing a Top Pot Doughnuts Café, engaged in preparing espresso drinks, selling doughnuts, sandwiches, pastries and general lines of merchandise. This position is also responsible for the overall upkeep of the facility, and the bottom line profitability of the café, by performing the following duties personally and then through subordinate supervisors.

What you will do:

  • Use a  Guest First  decision making process to guarantee the best possible customer service at all times.
  • Influence employees by demonstrating and adhering to Top Pot Core Values, policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring the needs of the business are met by determining and setting par levels; ensure adjustments as needed; monitor supply daily and coordinates effort to replenish when quantities are low.
  • Help with monitoring labor costs, sales, doughnut waste and cafe highlights through weekly reporting.
  • Create a positive and welcoming environment by properly and proactively maintaining facilities in accordance with Top Pot standards and expectations. 
  • Strong commitment to build our presence and relationship with our communities.

  • Have 2+ years management experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing a team.
  • Have coffee know-how.
  • Are proficient in restaurant operations and finances.
  • Are a great communicator with all levels of the company and externally.
