Springbuk provides employers and benefits advisors with the direction they need to make confident plan design decisions, select impactful programs, and track the success of benefits initiatives.
As the assistant to the Senior Program and Events Manager for the Healthiest Employers awards program, you’ll support the execution of the nationally-recognized initiative that exists to honor people-focused companies for their dedication to employee health and wellbeing. To date, the Healthiest Employers has impacted over 10,000 organizations. You will work directly with employer applicants, while also supporting our media and event partners as we conduct over 45 regional award programs across the United States.
In this role, you will also work closely with our Springbuk marketing team. You will be responsible for executing the existing awards program and assist the Program Manger enhancing the overall award experience, and improve the marketing reach of the Healthiest Employers and Springbuk brands. Here’s what you will do:
- Coordinate the day-to-day needs of the Healthiest Employers awards program
- Craft the reports and analysis for the Healthiest 100™ District award winners.
- Support and advise applicants with any questions or requests, providing answers and resolutions in a timely manner
- Provide high touch support for our event partners by providing status updates, a Springbuk event presence, advising on promotional and event strategies, and administering the scoring for regional awards programs
- You will be trained by the HE Senior Program and Events Manager but report to the Marketing Creative Manager during this temporary coverage.
A successful candidate will have:
- Exceptional organizational skills, possessing a keen focus on task management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills who finds enjoyment in writing
- Ability to define and follow repeatable processes and maintain program consistency across complex workload
- Comfortable with the Google Suite of tools, specifically Google Sheets
Not required but a plus:
- Marketing, writing, or health-specific degrees and/or experience preferred
- Possessing a strong understanding of the wellness industry
Here is how you will get ramped up for success:
- Train with the Senior Program and Events Manager on the general assistance needed
- Learn how to score HE (Healthiest Employer) Districts and calculate data on Google Sheets
- Train with the Marketing Creative Manager on Springbuk & Healthiest Employer cadences and standards
This is a temporary hourly position with 10 - 20 hours weekly.
