Job Description: DPS is seeking a motivated and adaptable Flex Supervisor to join our team. This role requires the ability to work overnights. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills, with a knack for adapting to changing circumstances. While prior experience as a Security Supervisor is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to schedule changes and last-minute call-ins, including personally filling shifts when necessary.
• Assist the Director of Security in overseeing daily operations, including:
  • Managing work schedules.
  • Assisting with disciplinary actions and performance reviews 
  • Providing consistent coaching and skill development for employees 
  • Maintaining accurate records and addressing customer inquiries as needed. 
  • Conducting random site checks to verify employee adherence to DPS and client policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with DPS clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
• Cross-train in other areas of DPS and take on additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CLEET Phase IV License.
• Previous experience in security or a related field.
• Security supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
• Ability to work overnights and occasionally days and evenings as needed.
• Adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Must have a Team Player or a Play me where you need me attitude.
