Balanced Body is seeking a qualified manager to lead our North America Sales and Service team to drive organic growth and provide a best in class customer experience.


An ideal candidate will have deep experience with the entire sales and support process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, closing deals and providing world class customer support. We’re looking for a quick learner who has a successful track record of inspiring a team. The role will require the leader to be able to coach, advise, motivate, hire and train sales & service representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.


The incumbent will effectively represent Balanced Body with a comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. They will achieve company objectives by planning, setting goals, analyzing performance data and making forecasts.

Requirements

Area of Responsibility:

The responsibilities listed below are representative of some of the duties required to satisfactorily perform each essential duty:

  • Design and implement a strategic sales and service plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures a strong global presence.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of sales team by tracking department sales and individual goals.
  • Create Sales Forecast.
  • Manage the sales team:
  • Providing actionable insights to guide the sales team.
  • Assess individual sales performance, provides constructive feedback for continuous improvement that drives improved sales;
  • Demonstrates, advocates and reinforces a positive team environment, professionalism and a positive image of the company;
  • Assist sales in accomplishing sales goals;
  • Manage the QA analyst to:
  • Perform quality phone reviews; monitors inbound and outbound calls to analyze and evaluate sales skills against established metrics, including but not limited to accuracy of information provided and demonstrated professionalism using the Call Scorecard System;
  • Develop and implement internal Dashboard: QA, RMA, and Cases
  • Manage the Tech Support team to:
  • Provide product training to the team as needed.
  • Respond to and assist customers with technical issues on our equipment.
  • Establish KPIs around service level agreement, turnaround times, and productivity.

Position Requirements:

The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required to satisfactorily perform each essential duty:

  • 10+ years sales experience.
  • 5+ years in sales management experience, preferably in a call center environment;
  • Experience with analytics at a manufacturing company is preferred;
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written;
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner one on one as well as in a group;
  • Motivated self-starter with solid organizational skills, strong listening, verbal, and written skills;
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and input detailed, accurate feedback;
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to change;
  • An exemplary work ethic, a "get it done" attitude and high personal accountability;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively;
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be nice but previous experience working in a CRM system is preferred.

Salary Range:

$95,000 - 130,000 Base + Bonus.


Work Schedule:

This is an onsite Monday to Friday position. The hours are expected to be 8:00AM to 5:00PM. We may consider a hybrid schedule.
