What YOU will do:
This role is responsible for providing customers with service information and resolving issues promptly via phone and email.

  • Work Order Management: Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming work orders and email communications.
  • Vendor Dispatching: Schedule and dispatch vendor partners, ensuring timely arrivals.
  • Problem Resolution: Collaborate with managers and team members to resolve issues.
  • Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries about services, offering appropriate solutions. Analyze customer inquiries to determine effective resolutions.
  • Prompt Communication: Respond to phone calls and emails promptly to provide excellent customer service. Handle heavy inbound/outbound phone traffic with customers and service providers.
  • Vendor Development: Cold call potential vendor partners to establish new partnerships.
  • Data Management: Input data into the computer system to track and follow up on customer requests. Create service tickets with clear scopes of work and assign them to appropriate service providers.
  • Ongoing Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers through phone, email, reports, and third-party systems.
  • Team Goals: Contribute to team efforts by achieving goals set by the Manager.
  • Task Prioritization: Efficiently prioritize tasks with overlapping timelines.
  • Independent Work: Work independently and self-solve issues as they arise.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate data and documentation of service requests.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Stay calm and composed in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Be a supportive team player, ready to assist teammates as needed.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with intermediate or higher skills.
  • Software Affinity: Comfortable with using various software.

Requirements

What YOU bring:

· One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Previous experience in Exterior Services or Landscaping preferred.

· Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test.
