Who We Are

Oasis Health Partners (Oasis) is building healthier communities by advancing primary care.  We partner with patients, providers and plans to provide personalized, local care for seniors in towns across America.  We believe that patient needs come first, and that primary care is the foundation of patient-centric healthcare. With Oasis, patients receive better access and care. Providers receive the data, resources and expertise to be successful in value-based care arrangements. Health plans get the benefit of a solution that improves performance, drives growth and reduces the total cost of care in hard-to-engage markets.

Together, we will boldly advance primary care for those that need it most. We are excited for you to join us on this journey. We invite you to be a part of Oasis, where you’ll discover we do the right thing, build things together and go all in --- all while having fun!

  • Build and maintain foundational data models
  • Design, implement, and oversee the integration automation processes
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues
  • Create and maintain documentation: data dictionaries, technical designs, coding standards, best practices and other documentation to support data architecture
  •  Translate product requirements and technical designs into well-engineered, low-defect, robust code.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.
  • Participate and engage in all Scrum Ceremonies.

In the first 12 months you can expect to:

  • Work tightly with our clinical operations team to implement Regal as our Patient Engagement Center. This involves building a system of clinical programs that integrate with Regal.
  • Build monitoring, alerting and integration testing for Regal.
  • Create, maintain and document the integration between Regal and our vended data warehouse (Ursa)
  • Ingest and analyze data from our source and store the data according to business needs.
  • Operate a data engineer as needed to achieve organizational goals
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve production and non-production issues in a timely manner

We invest in the personal and professional success of our team. We take care of our people and offer robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and generous time off plans. We are committed to supporting your growth with a development program that starts with onboarding and continues throughout your career. As an inclusive, passionate, and diverse team, you will partner with professionals who understand the importance of high-value, high-impact patient care.
