REPORTS TO: Director of Customer Success or CSM Coffee Lead

HOURS: Full Time

LOCATION: Hybrid (Boise or Seattle area)

About the Position: 

The Jr. Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing warm inbound leads, by looking for potential new customers and business opportunities within the coffee space. The Jr. CSM will collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and re-engagement initiatives. 


Responsibilities:


· Communicate with warm prospects who have expressed interest in MiiR via phone, email and in-person

· Identify and qualify potential customers

· Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities

· Attend trade shows to build relationships and generate leads

· Track progress toward meeting sales goals, primarily for coffee vertical

· Proactively manage and maintain a pipeline of interested customers, to increase inbound lead conversion

· Support CSM Coffee Lead where necessary (order processing, various projects, etc.)

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:


· Strong self-starter

· 1+ years in sales (B2B preferred) and a track record of exceeding lead targets

· Experience within the coffee space

· Effective team and cross-functional player

· Strong email, phone, and communication skills

· Excel skills and data analysis experience a plus

· Understanding of the wholesale and retail business a plus

· Systems Used: Acumatica, HubSpot, Excel, Google Workplace, Tableau, Coda, Asana

Salary Description
$50,000-$60,000
