The Opportunity:


As CSC continues its growth trajectory, the company seeks a Lease Services Assistant based in Richmond. This role will support the Account Management and Procurement departments throughout the lease origination process. The Account Support Specialist will provide administrative assistance by facilitating onboarding, managing order entries, preparing and following up on lease documentation, processing invoices, and handling various other tasks as assigned. Additionally, this position will promote effective cross-departmental communication to ensure comprehensive management of accounts and leases.


Primary Responsibilities:


  •  Team Support: Assist Account Managers throughout the lease origination process, including onboarding new clients, servicing current clients, and processing leases through commencement.


  •  Client Support: Support client outreach and follow-up efforts, addressing client needs as directed by the Account Management team.


  •  Order Entry and Sale-Leaseback Processing: Accurately process order entries and sale-leaseback transactions, ensuring attention to detail and quality in all administrative tasks. Summarize and document account information so that Account Managers can process leases more effectively and maintain deadlines.


  •  Documentation Support: Help generate, collect, and organize documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements have been met. Assist in processing lease extensions as needed.


  •  Learning and Development: Participate in team meetings and peer mentorship opportunities. Take thorough notes to learn all aspects of the lease origination process and contribute to the successful onboarding of clients through lease commencement. Contribute to process improvement and other innovations through cross-departmental collaboration.


  •  Peer Support: Provide training and support to peers as needed.


  •  Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the team and operation
Requirements

Competencies:


  •  Relevant Experience: Previous experience in Administrative Services, Leasing, Procurement, or a related field.


  •  CRM Interaction: Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.com, to manage client interactions effectively.


  •  Client-Focused Solutions: Demonstrated ability to identify and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.


  •  Professional Communication: Skilled in communicating professionally and effectively across all levels of the organization.


  •  Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, including teamwork and active listening, to foster collaboration.

  •  Multi-Tasking and Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively solving problems.


Qualifications:


  •  2+ years of experience in an administrative, leasing, or related role


  •  Knowledge of leasing procurement best practices, including purchase order and invoice management


  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


  •  Salesforce.com experience preferred
