Our Marketing team is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing Services , who will lead a team responsible for the development and implementation of the annual GTM program, including production and management of all GTM assets and campaigns that support our solutions portfolio.
This key position will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote long-term growth.

You have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years marketing experience – preferably HR related domains, adult education, association or membership marketing
- 3+ years of senior level marketing services leadership and people management experience
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing and in-bound marketing principles
- Experience developing and leading B2B and B2C marketing programs, including sales automation & integration.
- Understanding of AI principles and evolving role for marketing automation & content development.
- Advanced design, writing and creative evaluation skill sets.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance management - google analytics and related BI skills sets.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo preferred.
- Advanced brand and product value proposition development and validation skills.
- Exceptional project management, budgeting and vendor management skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading high-performance teams.
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with experience working closely with internal team members.
At WorldatWork, we offer a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. The hiring range for this position is $135,000 to $145,000, based on your ability to provide the skills asked of an ideal candidate, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus with a target of 15% of base salary. This position may be worked remotely.
